Usually listening to music, chatting on vent, or if I'm farming I'll be watching a movie or TV show. I tend to be drinking while playing PvP too, the alcohol stops me caring about screwing up so I actually end up playing better.

Depends on the situation. Normally I'm playing with my wife so we just chat about random things.

If I'm playing alone, then most likely I'm listening to some music. Usually it'll be metal or emo.

I also usually eat while I play because I get home late all the time and don't feel like eating at the table.

No, i put importance in my sanity, It's something i don't normally admit to anyone but my current profession is essentially being a daycare for some kids, that's right, a 6'6" 190lb punk rock day care guy, and people wonder why i don't say where I work or what i do. When its boring, like doing some primary quest for the bazillionth time, start up winamp and play some music. I mostly have a tab of Guildwiki, tab of GW guru forum and tab of lolcats open(i don't know how i would get through pug's without lolcats).

I've been playing 20 months of GW, and I've only actually heard about 2 hours of it in total. I play with no sound...at first it because I didn't want my wife knowing how much time I was spending playing GW (Yahoo! news isn't supposed to make sounds like that!) But, after the truth was known I started on the volume and realized all of those monster sounds, including sword-slashing noises, the occassional "aaarrggh", and whatever else were truly annoying. So, I basically just listen to whatever is going on the house, or if I'm alone it's music (radio, iPod, or TV). The only thing I do miss GW sound-wise is when someone pm's me to buy or say "hi", or when a nightmare pops up. I can usually multi-task, but for some reason I find it near impossible to carry an intelligent conversation while playing GW.
